Description
Continental's CrossContact UHP features an innovative, silica-infused tread compound that minimizes rolling resistance to improve grip on wet and dry roads. The silica compound then forms into an asymmetric tread pattern with sturdy outer tread blocks and a continuous center rib for enhanced stability when accelerating. Four wide circumferential grooves coupled with lateral grooves improve wet handling and combat hydroplaning. Two steel belts wrapped with nylon add reinforcements to the tire and increase tread life while a rim flange protector protects the rims from curb damage for a safe ride.
