Continental's CrossContact LX20 features an all-season tread compound with TG-F Polymers and +Silane additives in order to minimize fuel consumption, enhance treadwear and improve traction on slick roads. This compound forms a symmetric tread pattern for improved steering responsiveness, lateral stability and enhanced ride comfort. Continental's Traction Grooves are equipped with ridges on the outboard shoulder to deliver 3-D snow to snow traction. Internally, the CrossContact LX20 has twin steel belts and polyamide wrapped polyester cord that provides additional strength as well as preserving ride comfort.
