Continental's ContiProContact is equipped with an all season tread compound that forms a symmetric tread design with notched ribs. This feature allows the tire to provide outstanding steering responsiveness and handling as well as continuous rubber to road contact. Continental's PROactive Edge Technology positions over 800 arched edges in the tread to generate additional biting edges on the tire's contact patch for improved traction in intense winter conditions. Wide circumferential grooves combat hydroplaning risks and enhance et traction. Internally, the ContiProContact features twin steel belts with a spiral wrapped nylon that provides stability, uniformity and durability when accelerating for a confident ride.
