General Altimax RT43 Tires

The General AltiMAX RT43 is an all season grand touring developed as the successor to the General AltiMAX RT. Like its successor, the AltiMAX RT43 is designed for sedans, minivans, CUVs, and other passenger vehicles. This tire combines all season traction capabilities with premium ride comfort for a superior all season ride.

The AltiMAX RT43 is formulated with a Twin Cushion Silica Tread Compound that forms a symmetric tread design with a continuous center rib and independent tread blocks. The compound features a top layer high in density for all season traction and longer wear life while the bottom layer is low in density in order to absorb vibrations from the road. General's StabiliTREAD technology generates a broad, flat footprint that minimizes stress and maximizes tread life. This tire also features General's peak anti-slip design technology that generates biting edges that grip to slippery road for maximum traction. The AltiMAX RT43 is equipped with visual alignment indicators that prolong tire life by alerting drivers of any vehicle misalignments.
